Where do your products come from?

All of the merchandise in our store comes from both official and fan-made stores in China.

 

I placed a preorder, what do I do now?

After placing a preorder, please wait until the item becomes available. You will be notified when the preorder is available for shipping. At that time, we'll ask you to confirm your shipping address so we can begin the process of shipping it to you. Please note that any unpaid balances—whether for shipping or the full item cost (if you paid a deposit) —must be settled before your order can be shipped.

Where can I get discounts?

Occasionally, discounts are given out on CDrama Realm’s social media accounts, so keep an eye out for special deals you won’t want to miss!

 

SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we ship only to USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and Thailand. Any other countries are unavailable at this time, we apologize for the inconvenience.

 

When will my order ship and how long does it take?

- Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days.

- After it is processed, please refer to the product description for the estimated shipping time. USA & Canada estimated shipping time is 9-14 days, Singapore estimated shipping time is 5-15 days, Malaysia estimated shipping time is 5-20 days, Australia estimated shipping time is 7-15 days, Japan estimated shipping time is 5-10 days, New Zealand estimated shipping time is 7-10 days, and Thailand estimated shipping time is 7 days. Please note, the shipping days are business days.

- If the estimated shipping time shown at checkout differs, please refer to the timeframe stated above.

- If your order does not arrive within the timeframe, please contact us at cdramarealm.store@gmail.com. Compensation may be offered depending on the cause of the delay. Please note that delays due to holidays or similar circumstances are not eligible for compensation.

 

What are the shipping rates and what is consolidated shipping?

Shipping rates are shown in the checkout page.

Consolidated shipping allows you to combine multiple orders into one, helping you save on shipping costs. We highly recommended this option if you're purchasing more than one item. Once your order is processed, we'll email you the final shipping cost.

Preorders will automatically use consolidated shipping. If you selected and paid for a different shipping method, the amount will be credited toward your future shipping or orders.

 

Do I have to pay custom fees/other fees?

Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. If any duties or additional charges are required, we will notify you. Please ensure these fees are settled promptly to avoid delays, returns, or the package being discarded by customs. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach you due to unpaid or late payment of such fees. Customs charges vary by country.
